CALL FOR PAPERS

The role of environment and health in the global community cannot be overemphasized. Health and environment are amongst the most important inputs for the well-being of any society, and are powerful determinants of change without which neither an individual nor a nation can attain the growth that is necessary for development. An examination of environment and health will provide benefits for practitioners, researchers, stakeholders, professionals and students. Given the role of environment and health, and in recognition and celebration of her 25 years(silver jubilee) outstanding and remarkable contributions in the six geopolitical zones of Nigeria, Africa and the global community through academic leadership and scholarly excellence in the field of environmental health and management, the African Association for Teaching and Learning in cooperation and support of African Universities’ Environmental and Health Research Group; Dominican University, Ibadan-Nigeria; African Society for the Scientific Research; European Scientific Institute; Afro-Euro Centre for Development Studies; International Association for Scientific Knowledge; Mediterranean Centre for Social and Educational Research; African Institute of Management, Technology and Development Studies, Institute of Policy Management Development and other cooperating partners is calling for submission of chapters for consideration and publication in a forthcoming handbook(online and print) to honour a distinguished African scientist, administrator and activist in the person of Prof Jacinta A. Opara, who has made remarkable impact and outstanding contributions to scholarship cutting across all the geopolitical zones in Africa and the global community at large especially in the context of the dynamics of environmental health and management. All accepted manuscripts are published free of charge.
